Hello!  My name is Stephanie Collier and I am the school counselor for Mantachie Elementary School.  I am very proud to be a part of such a fantastic school and school district.  I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and my master's degree in Counselor Education/Educational Psychology from Mississippi State University.
 

Requirements for Enrollment

To enroll a child in school, parents must present school officials with the following:

  • Certified copy of the child's birth certificate.

  • Shot record on a Mississippi Compliance Form 121 (From pediatrician or health department).

  • Social Security Card.

  • Withdrawal papers or final report card from previous school.

  • MINIMUM of two (2) documents for proof of residency in the name of parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

    NOTE:  Student must be living with the person who has legal custody (verified by birth certificate, divorce decree or court documents awarding guardianship.
